Roy Hess
 |
Roy Hess was appointed CEO in 2007, following a tenure of four years as Corporate Vice President of Business Development and Marketing at C. Mer Industries (Mer Group), and as President of Mer Inc. Prior to Mer, Mr. Hess was Vice President of Product Marketing at Kamoon Inc. Mr. Hess brings to Gilat Satcom over 18 years of experience in the telecom and software industries.
Mr. Hess holds a B.Sc. in Physics and Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University in Beer-Sheva, and an MBA from Tel Aviv University. |
Liat Hellman
 |
Liat Hellman has been Gilat Satcom’s CFO since 2002. From 2000 to 2002 she held a senior financial position at Gilat Communications Ltd., and was also Gilat Satcom’s Director of Finance. From 1997 to 1999, she worked as an auditor for BDO Ziv and Co.
Mrs. Hellman has a BA in Economics and Accounting from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, an MBA from Tel Aviv University, and is a licensed CPA (lsr). |
Israel Kislev
 |
Israel Kislev joined the company in 1999 and was appointed VP Business and Product Development in 2006. Previously, he held various senior management positions at Gilat Satcom as VP Engineering, VP Operations and CTO. Before Gilat Satcom, Mr. Kislev served as an officer in the Israeli Defense Forces Communication Corps.
Mr. Kislev holds a B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering from Tel-Aviv University and an MBA from Bar-Ilan University.

Gabi Guedj
 |
Gabi Guedj was appointed VP Customer Services in 2007. Previously, Mr. Guedj was Gilat Satcom’s Technical Support Manager and held several senior positions at Gilat Satellite Networks. Mr. Guedj brings to the position more than 15 years of experience in the telecommunications market.
Mr. Guedj studies for a BA in Social Science and Management and has a Diploma in Practical Engineering in Electronics & Computer from the Ort Yad Lebovitch School. |
Ofer Doron
 |
Ofer Doron joined the company in 2005 and was appointed VP Engineering and Operations in 2010. Previously, Mr. Doron held various senior management positions at Gilat Satcom as Customer Care department manager and Projects department manager. Prior to joining Gilat Satcom, Mr. Doron worked for IP Planet.
Mr. Doron holds a B.Tech. in Industrial & Management Engineering from Ruppin School of Engineering.
