- Management of customers systems in Israel and overseas
- Technical telephone support and chat with customers overseas
- Knowledge of computers/technical systems
- Knowledge of data and RF, an advantage
- Experience working in telephone customer service / telephone technical support
- High-level of English mandatory: speaking, understanding, writing and reading
- Five-day work week, including weekends and nights
- Ability to independently travel to Kiriat Arieh (Petach Tivka) in own vehicle mandatory
