Technical Support for Overseas Customers:

  • Management of customers systems in Israel and overseas
  • Technical telephone support and chat with customers overseas
  • Knowledge of computers/technical systems
  • Knowledge of data and RF, an advantage
  • Experience working in telephone customer service / telephone technical support
  • High-level of English mandatory: speaking, understanding, writing and reading
  • Five-day work week, including weekends and nights
  • Ability to independently travel to Kiriat Arieh (Petach Tivka) in own vehicle mandatory
  • Position not suitable for students
