Dan Zajicek
CEO
Mr. Zajicek joined Gilat Satcom bringing years of senior management experience in running sales and marketing organizations, selling high value and complex solutions. Prior to joining Gilat Satcom, Mr. Zajicek was VP, head of business division in Bezeq international. Mr. Zajicek's previous management positions include additional VP roles in Bezeq International, such as CFO VP human resources and VP carriers relations.
Mr. Zajicek holds a B.A and MA in Business and Economics from the Hebrew university. |

Daniel Levy
VP Sales
Mr. Levy joined Gilat Satcom in 2011 and brings more than 20 years of international sales and marketing experience in the Networking and Communication markets. Prior to Gilat, Mr. Levy was General Manager at Alvarion for Africa and the Middle-East. Previously, he served as VP Sales and Marketing for InfoGate and MainNet Plc. Mr. Levy also held several managerial positions in sales and channel development in Cisco EMEA, and the RAD Group.
Mr. Levy holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Florida Institute of Technology.

Udi Gvirts CPA
CFO
Mr.Udi Gvirts joined Gilat Satcom in 2011 as a CFO. He previously served as an audit manager in Bavly Braude KPMG accounting firm and as CFO of several public companies listed in TASE in the fields of Telecommunication, real estate and the food industry.
Mr. Gvirts has a BA in Business management and Accountancy from the College Of Management and a LLB from the Bar-Ilan university. Mr. Gvirts is an Israeli certified public accountant since 2000. |

Omer Shmueli
VP Business Development and General Counsel
Mr. Shmueli joined Gilat Satcom in 2009. Mr. Shmueli is in charge of Gilat Satcom’s Business Development, including strategic joint ventures and establishment of local operations worldwide. In addition, Mr. Shmueli is managing the legal department. Mr. Shmueli previously served as General Counsel and VP Business Development in Globalicom Trade, Israeli company listed in TASE which operates in Romania in the fields of telecommunication and retail.
Mr. Shmueli has a BA in economics and LLB from Haifa University and LLM from Tel-Aviv University.
Mr. Shmueli is an Israeli certified lawyer since 2004.

Israel Kislev
CTO
Mr. Kislev joined Gilat Satcom in 1999 and was appointed CTO in 2012. Mr. Kislev previously served as VP Product Development, VP Business Development, VP Engineering, VP Operations. Prior to joining Gilat Satcom, Mr. Kislev served as an officer in the Israeli Defense Forces Communication Corps.
Mr. Kislev holds a B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering from Tel-Aviv University and an MBA from Bar-Ilan University. |

Gabi Guedj
VP Customer Services
Gabi Guedj was appointed VP Customer Services in 2007 and brings more than 15 years of experience in the telecommunications market. Previously, he was Gilat Satcom’s Technical Support Manager and held several senior positions at Gilat Satellite Networks.
Mr. Guedj has a BA in Social Science and Management and has a Diploma in Practical Engineering in Electronics & Computer from the Ort Yad Lebovitch School. |

Ofer Doron
VP Engineering and Operations
Mr. Doron joined the Gilat Satcom in 2005 and was appointed VP Engineering and Operations in 2010. Previously, Mr. Doron served as the Customer Care Department Manager and Projects Department Manager in the company. Prior to joining Gilat Satcom, Mr. Doron worked for IP Planet.
Mr. Doron holds a B.Tech. in Industrial & Management Engineering from Ruppin School of Engineering. |
